WUnique Thai-Boxing & Fitness was founded in May of 2004 by World Amateur Muay Thai Champion Master Heung Pak Wing. Our mission is to promote Muay Thai as a way of life. The common perception of Muay Thai has always been an aggressive and vicious sport dominated by males. However, due to its physical demands, a growing number of women have chosen Muay Thai as their preferred way to loose weight and stay in shape. Children are also using Muay Thai as a way to increase discipline and physical fitness.

Out fitness centre is located in a 4,000 square foot facility fitted with all the necessary amenities, our centre has all the equipment that’s required to conduct a professional and safe environment in which to learn the art of Muay Thai. There is also an outdoor area of 600 square foot where students can just hangout and discuss the intricacies of Muay Thai.

Muay Thai is a dynamic system, being not only a competitive sport, but an art form, a system of self defence and a great way to affect weight loss. Our classes are designed under the care eye of Sifu Heung Pak Wing, and caters for a diverse range of demography and their goals. Apart from receiving a great physical workout, our students also learn the usefulness of determination and persistence. The great fat burning qualities in our classes is a healthy alternative to loose weight, giving you a slimmer, healthier physique.

All of our trainers have professional qualifications from Thailand, and all are past/current competitive fighters with local and international experience. As a dynamic team our trainers have accumulated years of experience in coaching fighters through various amateur competitions, women’s slimming classes and children’s classes. To assist you in achieve your Muay Thai aspirations, our training combines theory with practice to give our students every opportunity to accomplish their goals.
